Day 01Arrive at Lhasa (3680m.)
Upon your arrival at Lhasa, our Tibetan guide will welcome you either in airport or train station depending on you. After around an hour drive you will arrive to the Lhasa city and check into the Tibetan style hotel. You will have a free afternoon for resting and relaxing. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02Lhasa
Today, in the morning, you will take an effortless visit to Jokhang Temple. This temple is the most valued shrine in Tibet and is always packed with religious worshippers. Also, you will go around the Barkhor Bazaar, the mid market of Lhasa having many numbers of people. As you drive little miles north of Lhasa, in the afternoon, you will arrive at Sera Monastery belonging to fifteenth century which has whitewashed walls and is covered with golden roofs. It is also home to numerous monks. The prominent debating activities go on frequently every day.

Day 03Lhasa
Today as well, you will make a tour to Lhasa and we will visit the Potala Palace, the most significant set to perceive in Lhasa. This fortress is Lhasa’s fundamental milestone and has a wonderful eastern architecture. Since the 5th or 6th century it has been a fort and was formerly residence to the Dalai Lama. This really astonishing day will conclude with the visit to Drepung Monastery which was some time ago the world’s biggest monastery where 10,000 monks accommodate. It lies veiled in rocky ridges just beyond the city.

Day 04Lhasa - Gyantse (3950m.)
You have a challenging but rewarding day today. You will cross two high pass above 5000m Kharo La and Khambo La and one stunning Lake – Yamdrok Tso which also lets you observe astounding views of the Himalayan range. A huge glacier goes up almost straight up as you go by Kharo La. Also, you pass all the way through several stunning Tibetan valleys and silent villages. When you arrive at Gyantse, you will explore Tibetan culture and you observe the Khumbum and Gyantse Dzong. Open scenery of the valley will be visible from the antique Dzong fort. The Khumbum is surrounded by several amazing Tibetan frescos and minute chapel houses. Overnight at Hotel in Gyantse.

Day 05Gyantse (3950m.)- Shigatse (3900m.) 90Km
After the trip in Gyantse you will go on for further one and half hour drive to reach at Shigatse, the second biggest city in Tibet. It is very fascinating to see how prehistoric Tibetan culture differs from the modern day culture. There are infinite amounts of places to visit, both modern and olden which you can see around this town. Overnight at one of the reputed hotel.

Day 06Shigatse – Shegar (4300m.) (New Tingri)
From Shigatse, you will drive all along the Friendship Highway and engross yourselves in the incredible scenes of the Tibetan highland. En route you will come cross our uppermost pass of the trip, Gyamtso La, plus several nomadic herders too will be seen. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07Shegar (4050m.) – Rongbuk (5000m.)
You will depart Shegar early in the morning and go across the Pang La pass. The beautiful sight from the top is mesmerizing since the entire Himalayan ranges seem to be emerging before you. And the first real glance of Everest is the best part of the trek today. Overnight at Rongbuk.

Day 08Rongbuk – Everest Base Camp (5100m.)
Today, you will trek enjoying the desolate yet breathtaking settings of the Everest Base Camp. It is a life-time experience to look intently into the world’s highest peak. And you will slowly start to acclimatize.

Day 09Everest Base Camp
Today, you have a rest day at Everest base Camp to be safe and properly acclimatize at high altitude in Rongbuk. You can rest during the day and travel around the region further. Overnight at Everest base Camp.

Day 10Trek from Everest Camp to Camp1 (5460m.)
Today, you have the tough trek and you set your camp at Base Camp 1. On the way you can travel around the Rongbuk Glacier and nearby areas. The views in the region of this huge glacier are some of the most excellent in the world. You will acquire a track that goes up to the east side and head to the peak of mighty Mt. Everest. The hike is rather short, but the high elevation might be difficult so rest for today and enjoy travelling around this wonderful area.

Day 11Trek to Internal Camp (5760m.)
Your trekking track today will proceed above gravel hills to the west area of the glacier. This is another picturesque day and you stay at the interim camp tonight. Ice peak encircle you in all directions.

Day 12Rest Day in Internal Camp
Today you have another rest day for proper acclimatization. You now reach at high altitudes, and are required to take all essential safety measures. You can walk around the area and wonderful pictures surround us which will be one of the unforgettable experience.

Day 13Trek to Camp 2 (5970m.)
Today, you go up further into the difficult muddle of ice as we get together with the Changste glacier. It is an unforgettable experience to trek on the almighty mountain. Today your camp is set at more beautiful settings than the Camp I. You are enclosed on all directions by hanging ice and different glaciers and you spend our night at Camp II.

Day 14Trek to EBC (6340m.) And Return to Camp 2
Today, you might move further to base Camp III and spend the night there or just trek there during the daytime and go back to Base Camp 2. Camp 3 is situated at the center of compressed gravel heaps next to the glacier. Today you can view many of the difficult peaks, edges and even the rock peak of Everest. Camp 3 lies only 2400 m from the top.

Day 15Return to Base Camp
Today you have a long day walk as you travel downhill returning towards the Base Camp I. Magnificent sights surrounds you again and then you leave this astonishing peak.

Day 16Drive Rongbuk – Nyalam (3750m.)
You retrace through the Friendship Highway today and experience one more wonderful drive all the way through Tibet. And, once more you will traverse two high passes with breathtaking Himalayan sights. To the end of the trek today you will move down from the Tibetan flat terrain and arrive in Nyalam. It is a big relief for several to return back in this verdant town with beds and showers.

Day 17Nyalam - Kathmandu (1300m.)
Today is the last day of our trekking. In the early morning you will traverse the Friendship Bridge and move ahead to return back to Nepal. You must bid a farewell to your guide and go all the way through the required border paperwork. Our Nepalese employees will meet you on the next side and you will be driving for around 5 hours to reach Kathmandu Hotel. And you stay overnight in Kathmandu.
