How many miles and hours do we walk every day in trekking?

There is not any hard and fast rule how many miles you walk per day however it depends on the physical fitness and interest of the trekker. Normally, we trek about 5 to 7 days and we walk 9 km to 18 km per day depending on an altitude and condition of the way. All of our Treks are designed on the principle of walking 5 to 7 hours per day.
