Besides yoga and meditation sessions, you will get to explore Kathmandu’s most sacred landmarks, including:
- Pashupatinath Temple – Experience the spiritual atmosphere of Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple, where centuries-old rituals, prayers, and ceremonies take place along the holy Bagmati River.
- Boudhanath – Walk around one of the world’s largest Buddhist stupas, spin prayer wheels, observe monks in meditation, and immerse yourself in the peaceful energy of this important pilgrimage site.
- Swayambhunath – Situated on a hill with a view of the Kathmandu Valley, this historic Buddhist sanctuary provides expansive vistas, vibrant prayer flags, and a peaceful environment for introspection and mindfulness.

Beautiful views of the Annapurna, Langtang, and Manaslu mountain ranges are possible on clear days.
Your journey then continues to Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s first national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this serene, natural environment with rivers, trees, and animals all around, you can do yoga and meditation. Chitwan offers a distinctive fusion of wellness, environment, and culture.
