BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To confirm your tour booking, a deposit of 25% of the total agreed amount is required. In cases where the itinerary includes high-cost airfare (such as Bhutan and tours), a deposit of up to 80% may be requested. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
Upon receipt of the deposit, Nepal Tibet Tours & (P) Ltd. will proceed with the necessary tour arrangements. Please provide a clear scanned copy of your passport along with the required details via email as outlined below.
HOW TO PAY US
Payment may be made via bank wire transfer. All transfer charges must be borne by the booking party. Kindly email us a scanned copy of the transfer confirmation for our records

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made three weeks prior to the tour departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, and those made two weeks prior will incur a 50% fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within two weeks of departure. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or delayed arrivals for any reason. Additionally, no refunds will be granted for unused portions of the tour due to illness, accidents, early departures, or any disruptions caused by weather, political conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
