Once your Tibet Group visa is ready in Kathmandu then you will fly over to Lhasa Airport called Gonggar International Airport near the Tibetan capital, then this adventurous Mountain biking tour starts and cross 6 high passes, before eventually descending from the Tibetan Plateau into Nepal .Tibet Mountain biking tour covers 50% of time on the Tibetan Plateau at heights above 4000 meters. Exploring various side valleys such as the route to Everest Base Camp will involve cycling on much rougher dirt & stony tracks. Distances to be paddled will range from 50 to 110 kilometers daily according to the condition of the route and the biker’s capacity. Before that you will have sightseeing tour around Tibetan ancient city Lhasa. Mountain biking tour is supported by a camping crew, local Tibetan guide, and Tibetan driver. The entire journey will be supported by a 4WD Toyota Land Cruiser and a support truck. Day 05Cross the Khamba La (15728ft) and descend to Ngartse Village (14682ft).

Day 06Cross the Karo La (16453ft) and descend to a campsite (14354ft) below the Simi La.

Day 07Cross the Simi La (14206ft) to Gyantse (13304ft). O/n Hotel.

Day 08Visit the impressive Kumbum and then ride on a good stretch of road to Shigatse (12730ft). O/n Hotel.
