Trip Itinerary

  • Day 01
    Arrival in Kathmandu

    You will meet and greet at Kathmandu Airport, you will be transfer to your Hotel. Check in process and at the mean time, You will be briefly describe the tour. If you arrive in the afternoon then you will have free afternoon on your own. Evening we will take you out for a typical Nepali Welcome dinner with a folk dance performance. If your flight is late evening or at night then your Dinner and dance program will be next day. Overnight Hotel.

  • Day 02
    Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

    After your breakfast, Sightseeing Tour of the sacred Hindu temple, Pashupatinath. The architectural splendor and the detailing will leave you awestruck.The religious activities practised there might intrigue you. After that, we will proceed to the Patan City and Kathmandu Durbarsquare to explore different cultural and historical monuments, architecture and crafts. Overnight Hotel

  • Day 03
    Flight From Kathmandu to Paro, Drive to Thimphu (2320M)

    Flying from Kathmandu to Paro is one of the most popular ways to travel to Bhutan, as it offers stunning views of the Himalayas and is a convenient way to get to the country. The flight from Kathmandu to Paro takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes and is operated by Drukair or Bhutan Airlines. Once you arrive in Paro, you will need to go through immigration and customs before exiting the airport. From there, you can either take a taxi or hire a car and driver to take you to Thimphu, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Paro. The drive from Paro to Thimphu offers beautiful views of the countryside, with lush green valleys, terraced fields, and traditional Bhutanese houses dotting the landscape. Along the way, you may also have the opportunity to visit cultural sites such as the Tamchog Lhakhang iron bridge and the Tachog Lhakhang temple. Once you reach Thimphu, you can explore the city’s many cultural and historical landmarks, including the Tashichho Dzong fortress, the National Memorial Chorten, and the Buddha Dordenma statue.   • Day 04
    Thimphu (Sightseeing) - Punakha (1310M)

    Early in the morning today, we will go around Memorial Chorten and then drive to check out the national animal of Bhutan, Takin (gnu goat) while passing through the pine trees. Also, we will go to visit Jungshi paper factory, arts and crafts school, Nunnery Monastery and after that drive to Punakha above the Dochu La pass which lies at an elevation of 3050m. En route you will see striking landscapes of Bhutan. Once we reach Punakha, we will visit Punakha Dzong. Later we will visit Wangdi Dzong and after a long day of exploring we will return to the hotel for the night.

  • Day 05
    Punakha - Paro (Sightseeing)

    Today, in the morning, we will drive you to Paro. On the way, we will make a trip to the oldest Dzong in Bhutan, Simtokha Dzong. In the afternoon, we will be visiting the National Museum, Satsam Chorten Monastery and Paro Dzong. We will return back to the hotel as the day ends.

  • Day 06
    Paro (2250M) - Visit Taktsang Monastery (3120M)

    Today is the fourth day of your Bhutan trip and you go sightseeing at the Taktsang Monastery (3120m) which is the most popular monastery on the cliff. It is also known as the ‘Tiger’s Nest’. The trek up to the viewpoint will take around 2 hours from where you can get a delightful view of the city. We then return back to the hotel and relax. You may also travel around the beautiful Paro marketplace. We will be spending the night at the hotel in Paro.

  • Day 07
    Fly Back TO Kathmandu - Departure

    This is the last day of the tour. Early in the morning, we will drive you to Paro Airport for your flight back home.
